Assessment

New clients book in here. We use a variety of assessment techniques including the DTS Fitness assessment, the DTS Low Back Fundamentals assessment, along with specific movement and joint mobility evaluations to create a personalized action plan based on your goals. All of our sessions include both on- and off-the-table work, so please wear comfortable athletic wear and come prepared to move.
